Products purchased through our online website ship directly from our warehouse and adhere to the following shipping policies:Customer agrees to not repackage, to not resell wholesale, and to not sell online.

  • HALOCOUTURE ships within the U.S., Canada, and other select countries.
  • All shipping costs are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping charges to and from HALOCOUTURE unless the product is defective or was shipped incorrectly. 
  • Orders will receive a confirmation email when the order is placed, followed by an email with tracking information once the order has shipped.
  • To ensure delivery to the correct address please check the shipping information before confirming the order.
  • Once an order is placed, we begin processing the order, changes to the order are not guaranteed. If you need help with an order, please contact us at (800)-220-0906.
  • Orders received before 2:00 p.m. PST will ship the same business day. Orders received after 2:00 p.m. PST will ship the following business day. Please note that business days refer to Monday through Friday and exclude U.S. holidays.
  • HALOCOUTURE typically uses FedEx for shipping.
  • Due to acts of nature and other issues we cannot guarantee the performance of thor party courier  and as a result, we are not liable for lost, late, or damaged packages. Should you encounter one of these situations or one similar, please contact customer service at (800)-220-0906 or email info@halocouture.com, to assist you in filing a claim, if possible with the respective courier.
  • Claims typically take 7-10 days business days to resolve. In the meantime, another order can be placed and shipped, as requested. If the filed claim results in a refund, we will reimburse the full amount of the item to you in the form of a credit or a refund.
  • We highly recommend that you schedule appointments at least 4-5 days ahead to allow time for the courier to complete the pickup and delivery of your product.
  • Customers shipping outside the United States are responsible for paying shipping, duties, taxes, and fees.
  • Due to shipping regulations, items that contain hazardous material must be shipped by FedEx ground. We are unable to ship hazardous materials to Hawaii and Alaska.
  • Shipping and handling costs range from $15 - $85 (can be higher based on courier rates calculated at checkout) depending on products and level of service selected.
